Our Policies:
Minimum 3 nights rental
Minimum 1 week for holidays
Must be 25 years of age to book
Check-in 4:00 p.m.; check-out 11:00 a.m.
Pool heat $19.99 day and must be paid BEFORE ARRIVAL
Payments should be made by credit/debit card (click "Pay Now" below)
50% required to book. Balance, security deposit, license/ID due 90 days before check-in
100% required to book within 90 DAYS, if booking less than 1 week, promotions, holidays
Booking cancelled without notice if ALL ITEMS not received 90 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN
100% refund 90 days prior to check-in (less $100 cancellation fee)
100% refund within 90 days if dates rebooked (less $100 cancellation fee)
100% refund within 90 days if dates rebooked (less $100 cancellation fee)
Security deposit/refund checks processed by via USPS after 30 days
Standard cleaning fee ($200) included with 1 week or more rental
Cleaning fee NOT included bookings less than one week or promotions
Excess cleaning fee added for any abnormal cleaning required
No commercial vehicles (HOA prohibits overnight parking)
Maximum 10 overnight guests (unless otherwise approved)
Large functions (15 or more persons) must be approved
Large equipment in home must be approved
No smoking or pets
