There isn't really anything I can add to those who have already posted. Usually when you go somewhere you say, " if only they had !!!!". Not in this case, everything you need is here. A great place to sit by the pool in the private, secluded garden and just unwind! I'm off to enjoy my last day relaxing outside. Thanks for everything. Sam

The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We were leary of renting online, but were pleasanty surprised; it was a great experience and we wish we would have found this place sooner rather than staying in hotels. The house is very comfortable and is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. When they say "fully equipped", they aren't kidding! They even have some baby gear in the garage (high chairs, pack n play and strollers). We second the five-star resort comment and would highly recommend it. Should we have a future need for a short-term rental in Central FL, we will definitely stay here again!

The home is every bit as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures and Charles is an extremely attentive host. You'll find the golf course to be very playable and well maintained. It is a convenient drive to the Disney parks via Hyw 429 from Apopka. It's 45 minutes to the airport but once you're here, you'll have everything that you need. We've aready booked for next year. Clearly a 5-star vacation home!

Well, what can we say that hasn't been said already. We had a fabulous time at your beautiful home! We have traveled to many rental homes over the years & this was by far our favorite! The home & all the amenities were unbelievable! We have never been so pampered in any of our experiences. We were having such a good time that we extended our stay and have been checking the availability for future visits. We loved it & Charles was the best! Thanks again for everything, hope to see you soon!

Well Charles and Nina having read what everyone else has had to say about this magnificent villa, the gardens and your reputations as the perfect host's we really don't believe there is much we can add, except to say that we agree totally. We love Florida and you take a gamble when you travel as far as we have from Australia hoping not to be disappointed but there was no chance of that happening at your home. We will most certainly recommend you both to all our family and friends both in Aussie and the UK. We had the most wonderful time.

Sets the standard by which other vacation homes should be judged. We had a wonderful three weeks here and wanted for nothing. The Villa is beautiful and has everything you could need and more. One word to those visiting with very small children- there is no fence around the beautiful pool so you will need to keep an eye open! Charles is an excellent host and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. We will certainly be back and will be recommending Charles's home to all of our friends.

Our family very much enjoyed our vacation...it passed all too quickly. The accommodations were very, very nice and the decor delightful. We hardly had time to enjoy all the amenities and discovered all the games the day we were packing to leave!!! You provide a very nice assortment of items that we didn't need to go shopping for once we arrived, which provided more time to enjoy ourselves...thanks. You folks have a nice setup going. We would recommend it to anyone interested. One recommendation I would make is to place a mat by the slider and back bathroom doors to the pool. (keeping the water out of the house as well as preventing slipping) You folks keep an attractive house and yard. Thanks. Donna Hook

This, our encore visit, was just as outstanding and comfortable as our first. It is so easy to settle in and feel at home in this wonderful house with its pool and beautiful gardens. Charles is an incredibly gracious host and he always goes the extra mile to be sure his guests enjoy their stay. We are already booked for our next stay and we can't wait!

You have provided a wonderful environment for our "sister" retreat. The beauty, comfort and convenience are so much more than we could have gotten in a 'motel' arrangement. OMG what a beautiful house!!! My friends and I had a WONDERFUL time!! The pictures were just as beautiful as the house!!! The pool heated up to the right temp and there were plenty of room to feel like you were in heaven! WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!!! Don't pass on this house you will never forgive yourself!! Thanks Charles for being the BEST rental house owner I have EVER met!!! WE WILL BE RETURNING CUSTOMERS!!!

What a magnificent home! The kitchen had the room and equipment for making our Christmas dinner for eight. Charles was very attentive, especially helping a rookie figure out the impressive HD video and audio system in the media room. Pleasant neighborhood for walks was icing on the cake.

As previous renters our family adores Charles and Ninaâ??s luxurious home for us. We invited friends and they were all blown away by the fantastic put together of the house. The pool and yard along with the garden and gorgeous pieces of art create this peaceful, warm sense that just makes it feel like home. This wonderful home has to be the ultimate benchmark for vacation home rentals. The rooms, the decorating, the grounds are all outstanding and we were treated like royalty. We can not thank Charles and Nina enough for their hospitality and allowing us to use their place in the sun.

Outstanding! We feel we are staying at a 5 star property, with one exception, the amenities are even better. Charles and Nina are a "class act". Charles is a gentlemen in the true sense of the word, accommodating in every way. Our favorites are the serenity of the beautiful gardens, the pool and relaxing late at night with over 200 DVDs. What a perfect place to stay. Excellant accomodations with all amenities at your fingertips. We were impressed when we arrived and we will be back. Owners very attentive to all your needs. As far as we are concerned it is now the only place to stay .
